MAG project management expertise includes an experienced staff qualified to serve as the owner's agent to: administrate all construction contracts, review design, inspect the work of the on-site contractors and act as the owner's representative on all job-site matters. Serving as facilitator, MAG establishes a relationship with the owners on all matters pertinent to job status, the design architects, engineers, and all applicable regulatory local and federal agencies.

We work to establish a coordinated on-site organization with lines of authority, develop and maintain complete records for permanent documentation and organize regular progress meetings. We also administer contracts and payment authorization which provides full project status.

MAG can develop specific cost controls systems to meet the client's needs. Studies incorporating the owner's desires can be utilized to tailor the project to its budget constraints.
